We have very little freight damage because of the way that we crate and ship appliances. However, it will be your responsibility to check the items at the time of receiving for any damage. In the very unlikely event that there is shipping damage, we ask that you call us at that time, but it will also be your choice to refuse the item if the damage is too much for a damage allowance or if new parts will not solve it. As long as there is freight damage noted on the receiving BEFORE the items are signed for, WE WILL FILE ALL FREIGHT CLAIMS.
